What does the free trial include?
Two weeks of remote support at no cost, up to 10 hours a week and 20 hours in total. Each week covers up to 6 hours of Level 1 support, 4 hours of Level 3 support and 1 hour of Level 4 support. The trial is remote assistance only.
Do we have to sign a contract first?
No. The call and the trial come first. You decide afterwards whether to carry on.
